Budget bus tour, € 7,50 pp, duration: ± 1,5 hours
BusWarm welcome with a cup of coffee/tea with typical Dutch ‘stroopwafel’ in Lunchroom de Tafel van Agriport, here you will be introduced to the guide who will go with you in the bus to tell you all about the Wieringermeerpolder. On our way we will pass the famous West Frisian dike, the old flour mill, the biggest modern wind mill in Holland and many other wind mills, the large-scale greenhouse area Agriport A7, the hole in the Dike (through which the Wieringermeerpolder was flooded at the end of the second World war), the impressive height difference at the locks (inner- and outer dike) and the former Jewish working village. Depending on the time of the year the bus will drive through beautiful Tulip fields or you will see the farmers busy in their fields harvesting for example grains, lettuce, sugar beets or potatoes. The guide can tell you all about horticulture in this progressive polder and if you have questions about habits or uses in this region or in Holland in common, the guide will know the answer. On your way the bus will drive until 5,5 meters below sea level, this is almost unimaginable!
The price for this budget bus tour is € 7,50 per person, including coffee/tea with stroopwafel, guide and VAT, excluding bus transport. Minimum group size 20 persons. Upon request it is possible to stop on your way to buy agricultural products at one of the farms (think about biological peppers, tulip bulbs, hanging baskets/plants, tulips).

Bus tour with a visit to a farm or greenery, € 13,50 pp, duration: ± 2,5 hours
During this package we drive the same tour as in above mentioned package, but with this difference: we will stop on our way to visit one of the beautiful greeneries of the Wieringermeer. You can choose between a pepper greenery and a tulip grower/potato farmer. If you choose to have a look at the greenhouse of pepper grower Barendse DC you will see the biggest orange pepper greenhouse in the world. With 150 acres of greenhouse there is  a lot of work the whole year round. Farmers wife Petra will guide you around the greenhouse so you can see how the peppers grow, which work the insects do in the greenhouse and what a CHP does to make energy.  If you choose to visit the tulip grower/potato farmer it depends on the time of the year what you will see. At Greenery Siem Munster we produce tulip flowers, tulip bulbs, seed potatoes, grass seeds, grains and sugar beets. From end of December until beginning of May there are tulips, first in the greenhouse, later in the fields. In summer time the activities are in the fields at the harvest of the products and in the barns: peeling the bulbs. In autumn the potatoes are packed and distributed and preparation for the tulips in the greenhouses is started, in short: enough to see.
