Dutch Perfume Bottle Museum
In the West-Frisian village Winkel you will find a beautiful historical building which has been used as weigh-house and town hall. Nowadays it is the Dutch Perfume Bottles Museum with a collection of over 7.000 bottles. You will make a journey through the culture and history of perfume. You will be guided along the huge collection of perfume bottles and you can test different perfumes. On the basis of fragrance testers and a calendar you will be advised about the fragrance which suits you best. The museum is opened from March to December, groups upon reservation, the second half of January and the month of February the museum is open upon request.
